The world premiere of Miquel de Jorge's Albes i nits, a Concerto for Saxophone, Orchestra and Girls' Choir, stands alongside the brilliance of Khachaturian's Sabre Dance, Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio espagnol, and other works inspired by folk traditions.
