Whistleblowing Channel
The Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès provides a Whistleblowing Channel in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, as part of its Internal Reporting System.
This channel allows individuals to report, in good faith, any potential breaches of law, regulatory non-compliance, or conduct contrary to the ethical principles of the organisation, ensuring confidentiality, information security, and protection of the reporting person.
Eligible reporters
The Whistleblowing Channel may be used by all individuals who have, or have had, a professional or employment relationship with the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès.
Reportable concerns
The channel is intended for reporting:
- Legal or regulatory breaches
- Conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics
- Situations of harassment or discrimination
- Misuse of organisational resources or confidential information
This channel is not intended for artistic complaints or administrative enquiries.
System guarantees
The Whistleblowing Channel ensures:
- Confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity
- Option to submit anonymous reports
- Explicit prohibition of retaliation
- Impartial handling of reports, respecting the presumption of innocence
Responsible body
Management of the Internal Reporting System falls under the Body Responsible for the Internal Reporting System of the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, appointed in accordance with Law 2/2023, acting with independence and functional autonomy.
Data protection
Personal data collected through the Whistleblowing Channel will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.
