Purchase Terms

Gran Simfònic is a co-production between the Vallès Symphony Orchestra and the Orfeó Català–Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Organization offers a ticket return service that must be purchased together with the tickets. See the terms and conditions here.
The Organization reserves the right to make changes to the program.
For organizational, technical, or production reasons, the audience may be relocated to seats in equivalent or higher categories.
The Organization is not responsible for the authenticity, price, or conditions of tickets sold through resale websites.
Ticket prices may fluctuate dynamically, increasing or decreasing depending on venue occupancy.
The Organization reserves the right to apply sales fees for management costs on any sales channels it deems appropriate.
The online sales fee is applied to the purchase process and is independent of the concert ticket price. Online sales are subject to commissions applied by the ticketing provider and the banks operating within the system. The Organization shares this cost with the customer. In the event of concert cancellations, the ticket cost will be refunded, but management fees arising from the purchase process will not. This cost is independent of the use or reservation of the concert ticket.
Discounts are not cumulative.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to validate any applicable discounts before completing the purchase; therefore, claims made afterwards for failure to apply a discount will not be accepted.

Regulations – Right of Admission

The Organization reserves the right of admission. Official complaint forms will be made available to the public upon request for any complaints and/or comments.
Latecomers must wait until the break indicated by the conductor before entering the hall.

Inside the Venue

In accordance with Law 28/2005 of 26 December, smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.
Standing or remaining in the aisles during concerts is not permitted.
Mobile phones and all alarms must be switched off.
Emergency exits must remain unobstructed.
Photography, filming, and recording are not allowed inside the hall during concerts.
Venue staff may request to see tickets at any time.
It is forbidden to occupy a seat without the corresponding ticket.

Minors

Children aged 4 and over may attend concerts and must have a ticket and occupy their own seat.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian to access the hall.

People with Disabilities and/or Reduced Mobility

People with a recognized disability of over 33% wishing to purchase tickets at a special price must contact taquilla@gransimfonic.cat.
Those wishing to access seats reserved for people with reduced mobility must also contact taquilla@gransimfonic.cat to purchase these specific seats.
