The cinematographic universe of the prestigious film director Juan Antonio Bayona, world famous for his spectacular productions, will take over the Sala Gran of the Liceu on 8 December for an extraordinary concert sponsored by CUPRA. On the occasion of the release of his latest film, Society of the Snow, the concert offers a unique opportunity to delve into the thrilling, atmospheric soundscapes of the director’s landmark films.
Their music will come to life with the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès under the baton of the maestro Fernando Velázquez, who composed the original music of The Orphanage, The Impossible and A Monster Calls. The famous composer Michael Giacchino is the author of the memorable soundtracks of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Society of the Snow. The Madrigal Choir of Barcelona will also take part in the performance of the suite from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
